I've so enjoyed reading all of your responses to "Tell us a bit about yourself" and appreciate your honesty. I love the diversity that God has brought to the table and I love that we all share common ground: the desire to get into the Word, get to know God, and hear what He has to say through Ephesians so we can have practical help in the present season of our lives.
I want to share a little about the collective "YOU." I'm so thrilled at the diversity that God has brought.
We range from 18-65+. Among us are working moms, working grandmas, stay-at-home-moms, war veterans, business women, women in ministry, women in school, brand-new Christians, women seeking the Lord, moms of toddlers, moms of teenagers, moms of adults, grandmas raising grand kids, women in small groups, women struggling to feel connected, married, single, divorced and widowed women, and women facing health challenges, family changes and caregiver challenges.
What you will see in this week of study, is that though we may feel defined by different things, our identities have been determined by God. We all have our spiritual identity in common thanks for Jesus Christ our Lord.
I can't wait to get started. I am praying for you this week!
