Day 35: Deep Breath

Get Into the Word: Psalm 27:4

“I have asked one thing from the Lord;

Day 23: Hardscaping

Get Into the Word: Matthew 13:20

And the one sown on rocky ground—this is one who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy. Yet he has no root in himself, but is short-lived. When pressure or persecution comes because of the word, immediately he stumbles.”

What in your life has been like “hardscapes,” functional, but perhaps not productive for the kingdom?

Which of your ways is the hardest to surrender to God? How might surrendering a “rock” make room to become rooted in Him?
